![]() If you're a power user, this utility seems like it belongs in your toolbelt. It just expands your capabilities when working with text and it's super customizable and feature rich. I quickly found however, that this program is very handy for many text situations, like sharing an article link, or performing a quick google or twitter search of highlighted text. I had a good feeling about this, but realized it was missing that feature. I normally check more carefully before buying, but I had been searching around looking for Apple Scripts and other programs to make this text transformation easier than manually performing it or using a program I don't prefer. So, I bought this on a whim because I prefer Apple Pages and noticed one feature it doesn't have is Sentence Caes like Microsoft Word and LibreOffice, and I figured this feature would be included. For a non-gynecological primary tumor, patients need to be referred to an appropriate specialist, while patients with benign lesions may be followed up and treated conservatively or may be suitable for less radical surgical treatment, depending on the clinical context. Patients with masses that are suspicious for malignancy should be referred to a gynecological oncology center, in order to receive specialist care, as per the definitions of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) 1 and national and international recommendations and guidelines. The accurate characterization of newly diagnosed adnexal lesions is of paramount importance to define appropriate treatment pathways. This Consensus Statement presents these ESGO/ISUOG/IOTA/ESGE statements on the pre-operative diagnosis of ovarian tumors and the assessment of carcinomatosis, together with a summary of the evidence supporting each statement. The group achieved consensus on 18 statements. Another round of voting was carried out according to the same rules to allow the whole group to evaluate the revised version of the statements. ![]() The statements were then revised accordingly. The voters had the opportunity to provide comments/suggestions with their votes. Statements were removed when a consensus among group members was not obtained. During a conference call, the whole group discussed each preliminary statement and a first round of voting was carried out. Preliminary statements were drafted based on the review of the relevant literature. To ensure that the statements were evidence-based, the current literature was reviewed and critically appraised. ![]() A patient representative was also included in the group. ESGO/ISUOG/IOTA/ESGE nominated a multidisciplinary international group, including expert practising clinicians and researchers who have demonstrated leadership and expertise in the pre-operative diagnosis of ovarian tumors and management of patients with ovarian cancer (19 experts across Europe). The European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO), the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), the International Ovarian Tumour Analysis (IOTA) group, and the European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (ESGE) jointly developed clinically relevant and evidence-based statements on the pre-operative diagnosis of ovarian tumors, including imaging techniques, biomarkers, and prediction models. ![]() Thanks to all who contribute to this wonderful resource. I will try the probe scrubbing remedy next. While this is true for the majority of instances, it isn’t always the case. Based on what I've seen on this forum the next best guess is the resevoir being at fault or the probes. Common Causes of Coolant Light Illumination You may assume your coolant light may have come on because your coolant level is low or insufficient. Coolant levels are fine, I added approx 1 1/2 cups of distilled water on sunday due to sensor change so resevoir levels are good. Stops and does not reoccur during the rest of the trip (short duration). Once this happens, your engine has a high chance of getting self-destructed, which is not a desirable outcome. It indicates that the engine's temperature is rising above the optimum level. Wednesday evening after driving less than 4 miles the red blinking, beeping warning light goes on again. A coolant temperature warning light is one of the most critical warning lights, and the driver might deal with it. I did add some dielectric paste to the electrical connections before replacing. Coolant Light - 92 - 00 Lexus SC300 / SC400 - Lexus Owners Club of North America. This past sunday I changed the sensor and due to the tremendous advice on this site, using the quick replace method, everything went smoothly. Continually driving with a low coolant light on could cause severe damage to the internals of the engine. When the light comes on there may be no immediate danger that would require you to abandon your vehicle, but stopping your car is heavily recommended. I bought a new green sensor from vw dealer as this forum indicates its only a matter of time with the black sensor. If there is any light you should be attentive of it is the low coolant light for sure. A check of the coolant reservoir shows good levels but not all the way to the top. A low coolant level is caused by a leak, either in the reservoir or in the lines. So you might need a coolant change for that. ![]() A floating sensor in the coolant tank might trigger the warning light if the coolant ll drops. ![]() Only once did it flash after the car had been driven any distance, when it flashed/beeped then stopped. The top common reason for engine coolant light is that the coolant level is low. Car starts and runs normally.Ĭlimate - Eastern North Carolina, warm and humid.Ībout 2 months ago I started getting occasional flashing red temperature light after driving 2-4 miles. I wouldn't reccommend that with any newer engine, as everything made since the mid-90's seems to be hyper sensitive to overheating.2006 NB TDI, 60k miles, no modifications whatsoever. Incredibly, I didn't warp the heads or blow a HG in either case. Pulled over and found that my coolant return hose from the heater core had split, and I lost all the coolant.Īfter replacing the line and refilling the coolant, I went through some fun "burping" the system over the next couple weeks, including getting a huge air bubble stuck at my t-stat, causing another near-flatline of my temperature gauge. Looking out the front, there was no indication of what was happening, and by the time I noticed it, almost all the coolant had leaked/vaporized, so there was very little (white) smoke coming out the rear. I was driving to work, looked down because my heater was going cold, and noticed the temp gauge almost completely flatlined. In fact, they both happened to the same car of mine. Although if the temperature light is located on the radiator, a major hose failure could result in a low temp condition, but the huge amounts of steam, and trail of water behind you would be a good sign.Actually, either of the conditions I described can cause an under temperature reading. There is a seperate red light indicating the engine is overheating. THe blue light would only come back on when driving if the thermostat was stuck open, meaning the engine is too cold. ![]() Other auxiliary tools, such as scramble image, 8-second inspection (voice) alert, metronome, batch-scramble generator, etc.Varieties of solver, such as Cross, Xcross, 2x2x2 face, Skewb Face, SQ1 shape, for learning or training these sub steps.Plenty of statistics functions, it supports time-split timing Any number of sessions, session split/merge, etc.F2L, OLL, PLL, ZBLL, and can filter cases), etc Amounts of scramble algorithms, including all WCA official events, varieties of twisty puzzles, training scramble for specific sub steps (e.g. ![]() IntroductionĬsTimer is a professional timing program designed for Rubik's cube speedsolvers, it provides: If your native language is not on the list, just contact me and I'll add it.
